Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all performance tags and labels remain intact to prevent processing delays.

Print & Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off & Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
